Njeri founded Earthwise Insights with a strong commitment to empowering vulnerable communities in Kenya. Her extensive fieldwork in informal settlements in Nairobi, as well as refugee camps such as Kakuma and Dadaab, exposed the challenges of poor waste management, inadequate drainage, and high unemployment.

Through her efforts to build resilience, Njeri forged deep connections with these communities, gaining invaluable insights into their struggles and aspirations. Despite their resilience, she saw that progress was hindered by a lack of resources and support.

Fueled by these experiences and a heartfelt commitment, Njeri established Earthwise Insights to bring about real change. The organization focuses on creating sustainable solutions through rigorous data collection and community-driven approaches.
